How full can I fill the bin?
The bin should be filled to at a maximum to the top of bin (never above). If overloading occurs, additional charges may be assessed. If the materials are loaded to an unsafe level, the bin will be unloaded accordingly.

How soon can we get a dumpster delivered?
Delivery time varies from possible same-day deliveries to 1 or 2 days’ notice. It is best to plan for your disposal dumpster a few days in advance so we can best meet your timing requirements.

What if I need more time than the days included?
Give us a call and let us tailor a package to your individual requirements. We always provide a free no-obligation price before any work is started.

What time will the driver drop off my dumpster?
Deliveries are generally made between 7a.m. and 5p.m. However, if you have special circumstances, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you.

What time will the driver pick up my dumpster?
Unfortunately, we can not guarantee a specific time. Traffic and weather conditions play a role in pick-up time. Pick-ups are generally made between 7a.m. and 5p.m. Please let us know if you have special requirements and we will try and accommodate you.

* Please ensure the dumpster is not blocked on the scheduled pick-up date.

I have no driveway. Can you put the dumpster on the street?
You may require a permit. Please ask us about your local regulations.

Can you put the dumpster on my lawn?
Yes. With a signed waiver, we can place the dumpster anywhere on your property

How can I pay for the service?
The preferred method of payment is by major credit card at the time of booking.

Can I pay with cash?
You can; however, we will need a cash deposit. Once the dumpster is picked up and dumped, we will reconcile and determine the total bill. If the total cost of the dumpster use and disposal fees are less than the deposit, a refund will be issued within 30 days of the pick-up.

What sizes are the dumpsters?

Container dimensions are as follows:


  • 4-yard dumpster: 4ft high x 6ft wide x 4.5ft long
  • 6-yard dumpster: 5.5 ft high x 6 ft wide x 6ft long
  • 8-yard dumpster: 6.5ft high x 6ft wide x 6.5ft long


  • 15-yard dumpster: 5.5 ft high x 8 ft wide x 12ft long


  • 20-yard dumpster: 4 ft high x 8 ft wide x 20ft long
  • 30-yard dumpster: 5 ft high x 8 ft wide x 20ft long
  • 40-yard dumpster: 7 ft high x 8 ft wide x 20ft long

Can I move the bin?
No, in order to get the bin moved you need to call our dispatcher. For a reasonable fee, we will move the bin if it is required.

Is Waste-Co insured?
Yes. We are fully covered with the Worker’s Compensation Board, and General Liability Insurance.

How do you charge?
The pricing for our services is dependent upon the size of bin required, the type of materials, driving distance, and the volume and weight of material as determined by the appropriate transfer station. Please contact us for detailed, CLEAR & STRAIGHTFORWARD rates.

What if the driver comes for delivery or removal and I am not ready for the container to be dropped off or removed?
Unfortunately, in this scenario, we will have to bill you an additional $150. To avoid incurring extra costs, please notify us of changes to your order at least one business day in advance.

Must someone be on-site when you deliver or remove my container?
No, it is not necessary to have someone on-site for the delivery or removal of dumpsters. The driver will use his best judgment to place the container in the safest most accessible area. If you are present on delivery, you can give instructions to the truck operator about where you want the dumpster. However, if you do not have a person on-site and you are not happy with the location of the dumpster, you will be responsible for all charges associated with its relocation. For dumpster removal, you must agree to provide unobstructed access to the dumpster on pick-up day. If the equipment is inaccessible, you will be responsible for additional pick-up charges, as terms and conditions apply.

Will the dumpster damage my driveway?
We highly recommend that you protect any surface where the roll-off is going to be placed with a 4′ x 8′ sheet of plywood. Waste-Co Disposal Systems Inc is free and clear of any and all liability associated with damage to property due to dumpster placement.

What does the price include?
The price includes a one-time delivery and pick-up for a selected container size, along with tonnage quoted in your order. Additional taxes, excess rental days, and disposal fees may apply.

Do I need to call for pick-up?
Yes. We have no way of knowing when you are finished loading the dumpster; therefore, you must let us know when you want the dumpster removed.

How much room do I need to allow to have a dumpster dropped off?
We need the length of the truck plus the length of the dumpster in order to drop off the container (for light duty roll-off bins approx. 4-50 ft, for Heavy duty roll-off bins, approx 60-70 feet) and a minimum of 10 feet wide clearance in case of tree branches, overhanging wires, air conditioning units, bay windows, or overhanging roof edges.
